The Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Vanderbilt University Medical Center seeks a full-time radiologist to join the Neuroradiology section at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor levels. Applicants must have successfully completed radiology residency training and have completed, or are currently completing, fellowship training in neuroradiology. Responsibilities will include active participation in our busy clinical section, teaching of residents and fellows, and participation in multidisciplinary conferences. Comfort with and willingness to perform routine fluoroscopic, CT, and ultrasound-guided procedures is essential. Opportunities for research collaboration with imaging scientists at the Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science (VUIIS) are also readily available. The Neuroradiology section comprises 14 fellowship-trained faculty members and provides services to Vanderbilt University Hospital and 5 outpatient imaging centers in the surrounding area. Vanderbilt Children‚Äôs Hospital is separately staffed by four pediatric neuroradiologists.

Applicants must have an M.D., or equivalent degree, and must have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care and education. In addition, applicants must be ABR eligible/certified and must have, or be eligible for, a Tennessee medical license. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with experience.
