Greenwich Radiological Group (GRG) is a 9 person physician-owned private practice group in Greenwich, CT seeking a board-certified, neuro fellowship-trained radiologist for a partner-track position in general radiology/neuroradiology.
We provide radiology services for Greenwich Hospital (GH)--a 206-bed community hospital located 40 miles North of New York City which serves Fairfield County and Westchester County. GH is an academic affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine and a member of the Yale New Haven Health System. The Greenwich Hospital Stoke Center has a comprehensive stroke program and was the first health care facility in Fairfield County to earn national certification as a primary stroke center from the Joint Commission. Greenwich Hospital supports a team of neurologists, ER physicians, and 24/7 neuro-interventionalists to provide start of the art diagnosis and treatment of early ischemic strokes. We also have a long-standing contract with a local orthopedic-neurosurgeon group to read daily studies performed on their two magnets.
We are seeking a neuro-fellowship trained radiologist for a partner-track position. The group covers overnight and weekend diagnostic radiology remotely after 5PM, but contracts with a teleradiology group to cover from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM including on weekends. The group has members who take IR call and perform complex IR procedures, but diagnostic duties include light IR procedures such as paracentesis and thoracentesis. The partnership track position requires participation in the diagnostic call responsibilities at a frequency equal to other full-time shareholders.
