Fox Chase Cancer Center (FCCC) and the Department of Radiology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University invites applications and candidate nominations for the role of Director of Radiology, FCCC. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally renowned NCI designated, top tier cancer institute in Philadelphia, PA. We are particularly interested in individuals with documented achievements in strategic planning, recruitment, faculty development, operations, resource allocation, and related decision-making. Prior leadership and administrative experience is preferred. Reporting to the Chair of Radiology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine, the Director of Radiology will join Temple Faculty Physicians (TFP) and work collaboratively with leadership to advance the mission, vision, and values of the department and organization. The Director will develop key institutional partnerships and strategic relationships with physicians and administrators and work closely with the Chair of Radiology on strategic planning, performance initiatives, faculty development, operations, resource allocation, recruitment, and retention to build on Fox Chase Cancer Center strengths while being heavily engaged in developing a robust plan for advancement and growth. The Director will also work closely with the residency leadership to cultivate the academic and research missions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Temple Fox Chase Cancer Center (“FCCC”) is part of TUHS and is one of the leading cancer research and treatment centers in the United States. Founded in 1904 in Philadelphia as one of the nation’s first cancer hospitals, FCCC also was among the first institutions to receive the National Cancer Institute’s prestigious comprehensive cancer center designation in 1974.
