Division Lead in Breast Imaging The Position The Department of Radiology at Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine is seeking a Division Lead in Breast Imaging with interest in performing quality breast imaging and interventions, teaching residents and fellows and being involved in clinical research. Candidate Qualifications Candidates must hold an MD degree or equivalent, must have had formal fellowship training in Breast Imaging, and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New York. The ideal candidate should have had greater than 5 years prior clinical experience as a practicing sub-specialty Breast Imaging radiologist covering all aspects of breast imaging including screening and diagnostic mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and breast procedures. A new Breast Care Center will open in 2021 with state-of-the-art mammography units. The new center will provide outstanding new clinical and research opportunities for the breast imaging division. This is an opportunity to lead the highest quality breast imaging in a stimulating and rewarding environment. The successful candidate should be eligible for an academic appointment at the rank of Associate or Full Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, with interests and a proven track record of clinical excellence, research and publications in the field of Breast Imaging. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
