Seacoast Radiology is a private practice group of 12 radiologists established over 50 years ago currently seeking to hire a full time neuroradiologist due to increased practice volumes and a desire to provide more subspecialty coverage. The radiologist should have completed a one or two year fellowship in neuroradiology. Radiologist will be responsible for subspecialty neuroradiology, but general radiology skills in CR, US, and CT are also required.
Our group covers a 178 bed hospital, several hospital owned outpatient imaging facilities and urgent care centers, an orthopedic provider, and two women’s imaging centers.
Our group prides itself on the equitable treatment of all group members, whether partners or partner track employees. Everything from scheduling to finances is equitable and transparent from the first day. Seniority has no bearing on vacation choices. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Salary is competitive with other groups in the region and benefits are comprehensive. The group covers malpractice and healthcare (includes access to all Boston hospitals). Radiologists share call equally, with nighthawk after 7 pm. Currently 12 full weeks of vacation per year plus additional weeks of random days off. Two years to partnership (salary+bonus is 60% 1st year, 80% 2nd year if just out of training, or 80/100 with prior experience) with no buy in. New Hampshire has no state income or sales tax.
The Seacoast region offers easy access to metropolitan Boston (1 hour), the New Hampshire and Maine shorelines, and diverse outdoor recreational activities in and around the lakes and White Mountains of New Hampshire and Maine. Museums, educational institutions, and family-friendly activities abound. Whether you desire the convenience of living within strolling distance of the culture, restaurants and shops in Portsmouth, or prefer rolling hills and the solitude of wide open rural spaces, both are available and within easy commuting distance. The Seacoast community offers the best of small town living with easy access to lakes, mountains, and the city.
Hiring is contingent upon eligibility to work in the United States, American Board of Radiology Certification or Board Eligible, completion of a fellowship in neuroradiology, a NH medical license, and hospital credentialing.
Additional Salary Information: Salary is 60/80/100 if directly from fellowship, 80/100/100 if experienced. 2 year partnership track regardless.
