The Body Imaging Division of the Department of Radiology in the College of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time a faculty member.
UAMS Medical Center is a 514-bed tertiary care center and the Division of Body Imaging is responsible for interpretation of studies that include general radiology (plain films and fluoroscopy), body CT, body MRI, ultrasound and MSK. In addition to body imaging, the Department of Radiology faculty offer expertise across key Divisions including Breast, Interventional Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Neuroradiology, Radiology Sciences and Pediatric Radiology. We provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in conjunction with appropriate consultants and specialists for the diagnosis of a broad spectrum of diseases. Our mission is to provide high quality patient care while training the next generation of diagnostic radiologists.
Faculty candidates must hold an M.D. or equivalent degree, be either BE/BC by the ABR and have medical licensure or eligibility in Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have a service-oriented, practice-building approach.
