One week on, two weeks off, Remote Reading Potential
Are you seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Due to an increasing growth in volume and scope of practice operations, we are pleased to announce that UPMC is recruiting multiple fellowship trained general radiologists to join our Emergency & Teleradiology Division, which is presently comprised of 18 specialty-trained radiologists covering 15 hospitals, 4 of which are Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Centers, and 6 certified stroke centers. These positions entail working 10 pm – 7 am one week out of every three weeks (one week on, two weeks off), with the potential for flexibility as to how the overall 1 in 3 schedule is divided/scheduled. As a general radiologist position, applicants should be comfortable interpreting neuroradiology, body, and musculoskeletal imaging cases. Relocating to Pittsburgh for this position is a positive but is not required.
The division is built on the principle of providing the best possible care to our growing group of hospitals and helping to mold the future of healthcare as part of an integrated delivery system on the cutting edge of technology and treatment paradigms. We believe that a work life balance with ample time off to recharge and a sense of belonging and cultivation of professional relationships is paramount to a rewarding career.
These recruitment opportunities will focus strictly on our clinical mission with the ability to teach or be involved in leadership roles if desired. We offer a competitive compensation plan, time off, and benefits package. If you are looking to be part of a team focused on improving the future of healthcare in a truly uniquely tight-knit Division of Emergency Radiology, please contact Dr. Emanuel Kanal, Chief, Emergency & Teleradiology Division at email@example.com. We are seeking fellowship trained applicants eligible for unrestricted licensure in Pennsylvania with board eligibility or certification with the American Board of Radiology.
