Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (MRSO)
Principal responsibilities are to independently perform Magnetic Resonance (MR), Computed Tomography (CT), and general Radiographic procedures at the full performance level for the patients of the Chillicothe Ohio VA Medical Center as well as other duties assigned necessary for functionality of the Imaging department. Duties include but are not limited to: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR): The MR technologist possesses additional knowledge of superconducting magnets and the physics of superconducting magnets, and how they relate to the human anatomy in medical imaging. The technologist must be educated in the safety factors governing a magnetic environment that patients, visitor, and equipment enter. They must also possess knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and how it relates to the soft
