Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) has a unique opportunity for a Fellowship trained Pediatric Radiologist to join our Pediatric Radiology group in a new 100-bed CHCO hospital in Colorado Springs which opened in 2019. The CHCO Colorado Springs hospital is approximately an hour south of the CHCO Anschutz Campus in Denver, and is located along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Colorado Springs is a fast growing metropolitan area of 700,000 and is consistently ranked by Money Magazine as one of the top places to live and is currently ranked #4 on US News and World Report ranking of “Best Places to Live”.
The position will be primarily centered at the new Colorado Springs Campus, however, there are shift opportunities to work from home as well as read for the entire system, particularly if there is subspecialty interest and expertise. Colorado Springs Radiologists are an integral part of the CHCO Pediatric Radiology group and are invited to participate in conferences and teaching opportunities. Academic or Clinical tracks are available to all CHCO Radiologists.
Medical Director leadership position may be offered to candidates with leadership experience or interest.
The successful recruit will be required to participate in all aspects of Pediatric Imaging at the new Children’s Hospital in Colorado Springs. This position includes a Q4 weekend call responsibility to the Colorado Springs location.
