The position will be a Monday-Sunday schedule with the following 14 days off. The candidate may be remote via teleradiology or in house based on personal preference.
The weekday hours of the position will be 1 pm-10 pm CST Monday-Thursday and 1 pm – 9 pm CST on Fridays. On weekdays, the position entails reading 100% sub-specialty body cases in the afternoon alongside our collegial body imaging team and then general ED, inpatient, and outpatient studies in conjunction with two additional after-hours radiologists after 5 pm until the end of the shift. On weekends, the position is a daytime shift (8 am – 5 pm CST) and entails interpretation of 100% sub-specialized body ED and inpatient studies.
Candidates must be comfortable interpreting imaging studies outside of the primary sub-specialty. Enjoy an outstanding lifestyle without sacrificing image quality or professional satisfaction in a progressive department cognizant and supportive of work-life balance in radiology.
