Cleveland Clinic’s Imaging Institute invites Board Eligible/ Certified Neuroradiologists to join our Department of Regional Radiology as an Emergency Neuroradiologist to cover the 2nd shift (late afternoon/ evening). The Department of Regional Radiology is seeking to expand to meet the needs of our growing service.
Fellowship training in Neuroradiology is required and CAQ in Neuroradiology is preferred. This position does NOT require procedures, onsite coverage or relocation to Ohio. Coverage spans from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST with a Core schedule of 1 week (7 days) on, followed by 1 week (7 days) off. Each staff member is also on standby for 2-3 weeks of backup call annually in case of an unexpected emergency. Successful applicants will need to have or obtain Ohio and Florida licensure. This opportunity is available with residence in the lower 48 United States (with a few exceptions, including California and Colorado).
The Department of Regional Radiology includes an extensive system of 10 community hospitals and 19 ambulatory care facilities including imaging centers in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area. In addition to Regional Radiology coverage, the Overnight Section provides call coverage to the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Emergency Department, and Cleveland Clinic Florida. All departments and outpatient facilities are networked with PACS (AGFA EI), Voice Recognition (Powerscribe 360) and EMR (EPIC). This continues to evolve as the Cleveland Clinic invests in state of the art technology as one of the largest integrated systems in the U.S. Our staff is collegial and our mission is excellent patient care.
