The Abdominal Imaging Division is currently comprised of 4 full-time and 6 part-time faculty members. All sites are on EPIC and a new enterprise-wide AGFA PACS system with TeraRecon image processing software and PowerScribe 360. The division trains 1-2 fellow(s) per year, as well as an MRI fellow who devotes 25% effort to abdominal imaging.
The division provides a full range of diagnostic services including XR, fluoroscopy, US, CT, and MRI. Imaging services are provided in close collaboration with colleagues in Surgery, Oncology, Medical Subspecialties, and Primary Care. Therefore, the candidate should have excellent communication skills with strong diagnostic skills in interpreting tertiary-level Abdominal Radiology cases.
