The Yale School of Medicine’s Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging is inviting applicants for a full or part-time position with flexible hours in the newly formed Breast Imaging Division under the direction of SBI President John Lewin.
Positions are available in either the Clinical or Clinical Educator track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. A strong interest in clinical care and education is required. Exemplary clinical skills and a commitment to expand the range and quality of provided services are essential for promotion. A candidate’s willingness to collaborate on scholarly output in an area of interest would be an advantage.

Our radiologists work closely with surgical and medical oncology to provide cutting-edge, multidisciplinary care for breast cancer patients. With continued growth and expansion, this is also an opportunity to assist with the development and design of high-quality ambulatory practices within New Haven, Fairfield and other surrounding areas.
Applicants must be fellowship trained in breast imaging and must display proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound and MRI, and multimodality image-guided breast interventions. Interested applicants should be board certified or eligible and must be eligible for licensure in the state of CT. A commitment to teaching residents and fellows is required. Leadership roles and other opportunities for professional development are also available depending on the applicant’s interests, goals, and experience.
