• The group is a highly regarded radiology practice in the growing communities of northern Minnesota, serving hospitals in Grand Rapids, Hibbing, Duluth and Cloquet.
• Work-life balance includes ideal hours as well as above-average compensation, benefits and vacation (12+ weeks). Nighthawk covers emergent evening exams. Low stress weekend call is taken from home. 
• Associates are eligible for equal partnership after completing a one-year term. Total compensation for our most recent associate, who joined in July 2022, exceeded $480,000 during the first year. Most partners have stayed through retirement.
• This group consists of 7 equal partner radiologists who support multimodality, state-of-the-art community hospitals, which are part of a large, University-affiliated system. We work with congenial staff and referring clinicians. We provide general as well as high-level subspecialty radiology services, including selected interventional procedures. The group has long-term, stable hospital contracts and growing volumes.
