Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a full-time BE/BC Diagnostic Neuroradiologist to join our large imaging department in Sacramento/Roseville, CA.
The Sutter Medical Group radiology department provides an incredible and stable work/life balance. Our majority daytime position offers approximately 50% of shifts worked from home. Being part of a large hospital group allows for a built-in referral base and protected imaging volume. Guaranteed base salary is provided from day 1 with opportunity to significantly increase upon base salary with flexible internal moonlighting and STAT productivity incentive.
The Neuroradiology section has 18 Neuro-radiologists (including 4 Neuro-interventional radiologists) and is highly sub-specialized, offering a significant amount of dedicated neuroradiology work. We closely collaborate with Neurosurgery, Neurology, Radiation Oncology, Oncology, and Otolaryngology. We provide advanced stroke imaging and therapeutics to support an Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center (Sutter Medical Center Sacramento) and a Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center (Sutter Roseville Medical Center). For candidates interested in advanced imaging we perform CT and MR perfusion, ASL, DTI, fMRI, and vessel wall imaging.
