With CCHCS’s recent #1 ranking on Forbes Magazine’s 2024 list of America's Best Employers and the organization’s longstanding commitment to quality care, as well as the economic prosperity and quality of life for its providers, we believe these roles are among the top 1% of pediatric radiology positions available nationally.
CCHCS is a not-for-profit, nationally recognized pediatric health care organization comprised of two free-standing medical centers totaling more than 600 beds, a physician network that employs more than 1000 providers and APP’s, a home health organization, 4 surgery centers and a comprehensive network of urgent care sites, a health plan and a thriving foundation that foster innovation across all missions. The system has more than 60 primary and specialty care offices throughout North and West Texas, serving a 23-county referral network.

Outstanding leadership development resources available. • Highly competitive compensation, relocation incentives, fellow retention stipends and benefits packages further enhanced by no state income tax and one of the strongest economies in the country. • Quality of life assurance with robust staffing and administrative support, commitment to long-term overnight reading support and in-home workstations for all providers. • State-of-the-art space in Cook Children’s new freestanding children’s hospital includes a 20-bed emergency department, 58 licensed beds (comprising 10 pediatric intensive care beds, 48 medical/surgical beds), and plans to add an 11-bed NICU by Summer 2025. The facility also features three operating rooms, two endoscopy suites, one bronchoscopy suite and an infusion center. • Clinical practice to entail 100% Pediatric Radiology with imaging group to define academic mission.
