TidalHealth on Maryland’s Coast is seeking skilled and compassionate Diagnostic Radiologists to join our expanding team. TidalHealth has grown to more than 40 locations in MD and DE and is anchored by two award-winning hospitals: TidalHealth Peninsula Regional and TidalHealth Nanticoke. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality imaging services and providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.
As part of TidalHealth’s growth and expansion, the hospital has 18 + new GME accredited residency and fellowship programs and has plans for orthopedic surgery and is considering radiology/interventional radiology residencies in the future. Applicants should have an interest in education and collaboration with the full variety of other departments including high-level specialties such as comprehensive cancer care, neurosurgery, and cardiothoracic surgery.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds.
Collaborate with referring physicians to provide comprehensive diagnostic reports and recommendations.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient management discussions.
Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.
Stay current with advancements in radiology technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience with advanced imaging techniques is a plus.
