The Division of Neuroradiology at the University of Miami Health System and Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine is seeking fellowship-trained radiologists for full-time and part-time faculty and staff physician positions (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) on the clinical educator track.

The Division of Neuroradiology plays a central role in training radiology residents and medical students and offers a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship with six fellows annually. Responsibilities include providing high-quality clinical care and consultation, teaching of trainees, engaging in service activities, and potentially participating in research initiatives.

Transforming Radiology Through AI

Through system-wide integration of FDA-cleared AI algorithms, our teams detect acute abnormalities—such as intracranial hemorrhage, stroke, and brain aneurysms—within minutes of imaging acquisition. Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality neuroradiology services, including advanced brain, head & neck, and spine imaging across CT, MRI, and other modalities

• Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows

• Participate in research and contribute to scholarly activities

• Engage in departmental quality assurance, call coverage, and administrative functions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical pathways and outcomes

• Serve on departmental and institutional committees aligned with UHealth’s mission

Qualifications

• MD or DO, with completion of a Diagnostic Radiology Residency

• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology

• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR); must have passed the ABR Core Exam

• Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license

• CAQ-eligible (or CAQ-certified) in Neuroradiology

• Academic experience preferred; recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply
