We are seeking a General Radiology & Breast Imaging Interest (Hybrid Role) and two Diagnostic/Interventional Radiologist(Hybrid Role) to join the current team at UHNBC. Candidates should be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, ideally holding FRCPC designation.
UHNBC is the Regional Hospital for Northern BC serving the population of Prince George (approx. 80,000) and is a referral center for outlying communities (total population approx. 400,000). It is the main teaching center for medical students in the Northern Medical Program of UBC and provides teaching for UBC Residents in several specialties. The BC Cancer Centre for the North is located on the hospital site and includes radiation and medical oncology. ABOUT OUR DEPARTMENT: • 2 CT scanners, 1.5T Siemens MRI, US, mammography (with tomosynthesis), Xray, fluoroscopy, IR, nuclear medicine, BMD • AGFA EI PACS and PS360 voice dictation • Supportive and welcoming radiology and medical staff • Collegial, team-based practice environment • Flexible work arrangement with remote reporting options • Teaching opportunities with the UBC Northern Medical Program
