Supervisory Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (MRI)
The Supervisory Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (DRT) will function as a working supervisor and supervises a group of DRT's at the GS-9 level and below. The incumbent will evaluate new products and equipment, make recommendations concerning upgrades/new purchases and direct the development and implementation of services and treatment to patients through the supervision, mentoring, and oversight of assigned clinical staff. This position will require the advanced ARRT certification in MRI. Major duties include but are not limited to the following: Performs Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA) of the head, neck spine, chest and Body. Coordinates with appropriate radiologist to determine the most ideal parameters to pulse the magnet for individual patie
