Fractional Non-Tenure Track position Overall supervision of medical student electives and sub-internships. Cultivate relationships at affiliated hospitals to expand educational programs for medical students. Academic responsibility for affiliated residencies. Recruit, select, and retain excellent faculty that have the skill sets for both personal success and a valuable asset to the Department. Responsible for faculty promotions. Maintain an active role in faculty appointment renewals and provide oversight of the factors for promotion and/or tenure, including the completion of meaningful annual performance reviews for each faculty member within the department.
