Dedicated Admin time Great support structure already in place Administrative leadership duties include attending multidisciplinary meetings with clinical and administrative hospital leadership, quality and peer review committee management, and participation in strategic service line development and/or growth initiatives as requested by the hospital’s administrative team.  The Medical Director will also work closely with the local operations team to provide oversight of the practice’s operations.
