The Division of Thoracic Imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Department of Radiology is seeking full-time Staff Thoracic Radiologists, with the potential for remote work. The Division, which consists of 16 faculty members, has a national and internationally established reputation in Thoracic Imaging, and practices within the highly multidisciplinary tertiary/quaternary care environment of the MGH and MGH Cancer Center. The position includes clinical service, teaching, and research responsibilities in a dedicated academic thoracic imaging practice.  There is close collaboration with consulting services in Thoracic Surgery, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Thoracic Oncology, Trauma, Transplant, Medical and Surgical Services.  The Thoracic Division manages a comprehensive lung cancer screening program. Clinical responsibilities include interpretation of all modalities in thoracic imaging including chest radiography, CT, dual energy CT, PET/CT, and thoracic MRI with state-of-the-art CT and MRI scanners. Interventional procedures such as biopsy and surgical localization procedures are performed by qualified candidates.

The Division of Thoracic Imaging seeks candidates who are fellowship trained in Thoracic Imaging, who have strong clinical skills, research interest and experience, and who will contribute to the teaching mission of the Division. In addition to participating in these activities, successful candidates will participate in multidisciplinary conferences and in their daily work contribute to a strong culture of multidisciplinary care.
