Our outstanding Pediatric Radiology Fellowship leverages the vast resources of Stanford University, the School of Medicine, Stanford Children’s Health, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital (LPCH), and pediatric radiology faculty with strong interests in education, research, and subspecialty care. Stanford Pediatric Radiology Fellows are exposed to a high volume of complex cases in a structured, hands-on educational approach.
Devoted to teaching, patient care, translational research, the pediatric radiology faculty subspecializein neuroradiology, cardiovascular imaging, musculosketal imaging, body imaging, nuclear medicine, informatics, fetal/obstetrical imaging and interventional radiology. The fellowship provides a comprehensive educational curriculum, including didactic lectures, case conferences, and multi-disciplinary conferences. In addition, elective rotations and research time are provided, and a second year of fellowship to further subspecialize may be available.
Fellows rotate through various services, including body MRI/CT, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology, and general radiography. They have an opportunity to work closely with radiology residents and medical students.
Prerequisites for entering this program include a valid California Postgraduate Training license or Medical License and completion of a Diagnostic Radiology Residency.
