The Division of Emergency and Trauma Radiology at the University of Miami Health System and Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine is seeking fellowship-trained radiologists for full-time and part-time faculty and staff physician positions (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) on the clinical educator track.

Our team provides high-acuity imaging services across multiple emergency departments and supports comprehensive trauma, transplant, and stroke programs 24/7.
The ER/Trauma Division provides rapid interpretation of imaging studies including X-ray, CT, and ultrasound, with subspecialty backup and AI-enhanced triage. Faculty are integral members of multidisciplinary trauma and emergency care teams and contribute to the education of residents, fellows, and medical students. Transforming Radiology Through AI

In emergency and trauma radiology, AI enhances detection of life-threatening conditions such as intracranial hemorrhage, pneumothorax, and pulmonary embolism—enabling faster diagnoses and prioritization of critical findings. Primary Responsibilities
Provide expert emergency and trauma radiology services, including STAT reads for X-ray, CT, and ultrasound
Participate in clinical education of medical students, residents, and fellows
Collaborate with trauma, emergency medicine, and surgical teams in multidisciplinary care
Contribute to academic research, innovation, and scholarly activities
Engage in departmental quality improvement, call coverage, and institutional service
