This position is under Radiology Service. Position performs high level independence in two different ultrasound specialties, Diagnostic Vascular Ultrasound and Diagnostic General Medical Ultrasound. Percentage of time in each area is as follows: General Medical Ultrasound Imaging (RDMS) 50% Vascular Ultrasound Imaging (RVT) 50% Major duties include, but are not limited to the following: In addition to performing at the full performance level the General Ultrasound Technician will perform imaging of pre- and post-TIPS evaluation and chest in real time, which demonstrate movement of internal tissues and organs.
